Our stay at Mercure Graz City was delightful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing us with a peaceful and restful night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities and the well-designed layout of the executive suite room. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the clock tower and artificial island. Additionally, the presence of two supermarkets nearby was a convenient bonus. The parking facilities were spacious and accommodating.

The hotel was short way from hauptplatz. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Lend district. Perfect for vacation.

The room and all the hotel environment is very good. The staff was excellent, very friendly, very responsive and extremely helpful. It is the second time that we are staying there and we are very happy, would reccomend it to anyone.

The hotel offered a complimentary champagne for the New Year's Eve celebration and a good selection of drinks at the bar. The location was perfect, very central and close to many attractions. Another advantage was the nice view from the room over the city.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The food was cold, stale and there were not many options to choose from.

We stayed at mecure graz specifically at the lendplatz because it is so central for getting about either on foot using local buses or trams for travellers who want to explore the old town it is walking distance or to watch life in the daily lendplatz market on the doorstep we have stayed at three mecure hotels in vienna all good you know exactly what you are going to get clean comfortable rooms good service friendly staff and all at a reasonable cost this one location wise is best in graz we have been before and will be again cannot comment on breakfasts or dinner did not eat at hotel too many other choices enjoy Graz

Close to the city, although not at the most pretty side

The basic price was good, but evething else had to be extra paid (garage, dog, etc.)

Strategically located with comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and helpful staff. Spacious, well-appointed rooms offer a relaxing environment. Powerful air conditioning and soundproofing ensure a comfortable stay. Convenient parking available for €15. Strong WiFi connection for work needs.

We stayed here on a Sat and Sun evening in April and found the hotel room clean with all usual amenities for this price range. The location is both a plus and minus. Plus because it is convenient for the main train/bus station (10-15 minute walk) and a short walk to the river and to the centre of town (again 10-15 minutes).

Unfortunately, there's a minus for location because there is a bar behind the hotel and we heard associated noise on Saturday night. And a block or so away is a section of bars and strip clubs. As a sound sleeper and one who was not out too late at night, this location still had more benefits and we would stay here again.

Spent New Year’s Eve at a hotel near the city center. The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of options. The hotel was located in a prime spot, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The shower was awkward to use, and the duvets were too small.

Good location,friendly stuff -when I came to a hotel I was very tired but they repeat the same thing to me many times ,breakfast was very good-variety of food.

Wireless was very weak, the link broke several times .

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium and it provided all the facilities I needed. The 24-hour reception, breakfast room, meeting room, and business center were all convenient and well-equipped. The fitness center was a great way to unwind after a long day. The parking facility was also a big plus for me.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with computers and printers. It would have been helpful to have easy access to these facilities for any last-minute printing or internet needs.
